The quarry extracts prime Charnockite and Gneissic rock structures from ancient geological formations in southern India. These rocks are celebrated worldwide for their massive compressive strength and density. Unlike younger sedimentary rocks, our granite blocks showcase a tightly interlocking crystalline matrix composed mainly of quartz, feldspar, and dark ferromagnesian minerals.
This specific mineral layout results in a water absorption index below 0.5%, making our building stones extremely resistant to chemical weathering and freeze-thaw cycles. Our crushed aggregates exhibit exceptionally low flakiness and elongation indexes, yielding highly stable asphalt mixes and high-strength concrete structures.
